At Swimhome we are very clear that our job is to offer you the best products at the best price. For this reason we do not try to fatten the price of your purchase with high shipping costs. For this reason we have partnered with different first class parcel companies that allow us to offer you the best prices on shipping your purchase, when the value of the cart does not allow us to manage your shipment for free.

In these cases we will calculate the cost of shipping costs based on the weight and volume of your purchase and we offer, whenever possible, different shipping options (different companies, home delivery or post office) so you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Free shipping

You will not have to pay shipping costs when your purchase meets the following requirements:

  • Provided that your purchase exceeds 50€
  • The delivery is within the Iberian Peninsula

For deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula that do not meet the conditions, a price of up to 9,68 € will be applied for orders where the total value of the purchase does not exceed 25€ and up to 4,84 € for orders up to 50€. Other prices may be offered with faster delivery or lower prices, depending on the weight and volume of the package.

For deliveries to the Balearic Islands a price will be applied which will vary according to the weight of the package. This ranges from 6,05 to 36€. Optionally other shipping options will be offered with different prices depending on the weight and volume of the package. Please note that the delivery times indicated are peninsular and in the Islands will be affected depending on the island and delivery saturation.

Deliveries to the Canary Islands have a fixed price of 130 €. Delivery times are approximate and will depend on the island where the delivery will be made.

No matter the weight or volume of your purchase, we will offer you free standard delivery to the address indicated. The delivery service will be a standard delivery service.

Additionally we will offer you premium delivery or post office delivery services with different transport companies. If you need a faster delivery you can select any of these options at a very competitive price.

Delivery deadlines

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product. Please note that the times shown in the "Shipping methods" section of the checkout process are estimated delivery times by the carriers, but do not include the time taken to prepare your order. Please note that custom-made products have a longer delivery time due to manufacturing and production lead times.

To find out the estimated delivery time for your order you should consult the product page. The time shown will be in working days and will refer to the fastest delivery method available for orders with delivery in mainland Spain. If you wish to know the estimated delivery time in other conditions, we recommend that you consult us directly.

In general, delivery will be made when all the products are ready, so if your purchase combines several products, the delivery time you should consider is the delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time.

Custom-made products may have a longer delivery time depending on the volume of orders. These products are often handmade, so delivery times may vary over time. It is possible that, due to a large volume of orders, increased complexity of an order, or other factors, actual delivery times may be longer than expected. It is also possible that on some occasions, lead times may be shorter than expected. In either case, we will do our best to keep you informed in all such cases.

In any case, delivery times are purely indicative and shall not be binding. We cannot be held responsible for delays suffered by the transport agency.

Partial deliveries

In general, we will try to send your entire purchase in one shipment, so that you receive your entire purchase at the same time. However, in some cases it may not be possible to deliver together. This may be due to stock shortages of some of the products or because the products are shipped from different warehouses.

In these cases we will inform you of which products have been sent and which are still to be sent.

You can check the status of your order at any time from your customer account. To do this, you need to go to " My order history and details " in your customer area. Under "Status" you can see your current status, but if you need more information, you can click on "Details".

If you placed your order with a guest account, you can track your order from Guest Order Tracking.

As a general rule your order will go through the following statuses:

Payment Accepted

Your order has been accepted and will be processed shortly.

Preparation in custody:

Your order is being processed for shipment.

Ready to ship

Your order is ready to be shipped and will be dispatched as soon as the carrier picks it up.

Sent

The product has been shipped, you will receive it shortly.

Delivered

Your order has been delivered to the requested address.

If your order is custom made, the following statuses may be added:

Your order has entered the production line

Indicates that your order is in the production line

Your order is in the final stages of production

The final details of your order are being processed, it will be shipped shortly.

When we ship your order we will send you an email to inform you. You will usually find information and a link in your account that will allow you to see the status of the shipment on the parcel company's website. Sometimes you will receive a second email with a link where you can track your order on the carrier's website.

which carrier will you ship my order with?

In order to ensure maximum transparency and your complete satisfaction, we will offer you different delivery options whenever possible. Wherever possible, you will be able to select the carrier that best suits your needs.

However, when you select "Standard Delivery" as your delivery method, we cannot guarantee which carrier will deliver your order. This will depend on the product, weight, volume of the package, as well as the warehouse from which it will be shipped and your delivery address.

In any case, we will work with first class carriers to guarantee your full satisfaction.

will you call me before delivery?

To ensure your convenience we offer the transport companies the telephone number you gave us at the time of registration with an indication that they should call to arrange delivery. This is done in most cases, as it is more convenient for the carrier and allows them to guarantee delivery. However, we cannot guarantee that the carrier will call before delivery.

They came to deliver my order and no one was there, what's going on now?

In case there is no one present at the time of delivery, the courier companies may leave a note with the delivery attempt. The delivery company will make a new delivery attempt, they will probably contact you by SMS or phone in order to arrange a new delivery.

The delivery time has passed and I have received my order, what can I do?

If you have not received your order despite the estimated delivery time, please go to My Order History and Details or Guest Order Tracking to check the latest status of your order.

If your order has been shipped and you still have not received it within the timeframe indicated by the carrier, please contact us. We will treat the matter with the utmost urgency in order to resolve this incident.

what do I have to do when my order arrives?

It is important that you check your order in the presence of the carrier. You should check that the packages received are as indicated on the delivery note. You should also check that the package is in good condition, without knocks or breakages.

If the package shows clear signs of damage, we recommend that you refuse delivery of the package and contact us as soon as possible.

Once you have received the package, please check the correct condition of the goods within 24 hours and notify us in case of any damage. In these cases, the insurance of the shipment will act, so you should keep the package and the box of the product.

We cannot be held responsible for physical damage to products after this time.

where will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to your front door or the doorway of the address you indicated when placing your order.

If your purchase includes a heavy product, you must take this into account and make the necessary prior arrangements to bring the heavy product inside your home.
