    I was very happy to find a person( Ester ) how spoke very good English ( Ester) when I called the company with some questions before ordering two in-water loungers. She was very well informed and was able to answer all of my questions professionally. We a small nature spa pool and I explain how deep shallow part of my pool water was. The base of the in-water loungers were custom made to my water depths. Not made in China but made in Spain Yeah! Everything went very smoothly and about a week later I had my lovely in-water loungers delivered to my house. They look very stylish, have a nice finish and have the prefect water depth for my pool.
